Want to look younger in only a few minutes a day? well you can but it takes a lot of commitment on your part. There are 6 easy steps , but they need to become a daily part of your life. Here are a few tips from the book "The Mind - Beauty Connection."
1. Practice deep breathing
2. Get active, put your body in motion . Walk, stretch get off the couch .This will help re-leave stress & anxiety.
3. Eat better . Try more lean proteins and less sugar. Cut out fatty foods.
4. Keep your mind on good things.

I Was reading a page from the book Feed Your Skin and found this interesting.
Mangoes contain a slew of skin-loving compounds that may help keep your skin from sagging and stop wrinkles.
Mmangoes help in 2 ways. 
1.they contain enzymes that help your skin absorb nutrients.
2.mangoes have their own skin friendly nutrients , Silica
and Vitamans A & C .
All great things for your skin, bones and muscles.

dry hands and feet

I have another home remedy for extra dry hands and feet. Combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil ,2 tablespoons of honey and 2 cups warm water, not too hot you dot want to burn the skin, we want to open the pores of the skin.Soak your hands and feet for 5 to 10 minutes pat dry, massage in a little shea butter or baby oil. Best to do right before bed this allows the skin the most benefits.

 Have dry hands and feet? Well I have a great treatment you can do at home with things from your frig. A Kitchen Spa treatment!
All you need is half of an avocado, 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice, and 1 TSP coconut oil.
Mix all of it together and spread on your legs , knees , feet and hands. Let sit for 10 minutes and rinse off! So easy and you will have glowing moist skin! all from you kitchen!
