2. Get active, put your body in motion . Walk, stretch get off the couch .This will help re-leave stress & anxiety.
3. Eat better . Try more lean proteins and less sugar. Cut out fatty foods.
4. Keep your mind on good things. Keep a journal of all good things. Each day find at least 1 thing to write in it.
5. Get a good nights sleep ,every night.
